How Norton Civil handles the information you share with us through this website.
Norton Civil only collects the information you choose to give us. If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, that means your name, your email address, your phone number and whatever detail you write about the work you need done.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, quote the work and talk to you about the job. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Enquiries are sent to Norton Civil by email and are read by the people who run the business. Your details are not shared with third parties except where we genuinely need to in order to do the work you have asked about, or where we are required to by law.
This site is hosted by Vercel and enquiry emails are handled by our email provider. Like any website and any email service, those providers process the data in order to deliver it. Neither uses it for their own purposes.
Enquiries are kept as long as they are commercially useful — an active job, a quote in progress, or a record of work we have done for you. If you would rather we did not keep yours, tell us and we will delete it.
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not run advertising pixels. Our host records standard server logs, which include things like the page requested and the time of the request. That is ordinary web infrastructure, not tracking, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so anything you type into the enquiry form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep what you send us secure.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@nortoncivil.com.au and we will action it.
